WABI reports on Mitchell Center food recovery project

(Channel 5) reported on a collaborative food waste reduction project sponsored by the °µÍø¸£Àûapp’s Senator George J. Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions. Culinary students at Kennebec Valley Community College were tasked with developing value-added products using rescued food diverted from the waste stream.
